Restore the wallpaper folder; match NixOS's tray IDs

hyprpaper.conf shows ~/Pictures/Wallpapers, which restore-filter left on
the backup drive, so the desktop had no wallpaper. List it.

On CachyOS, Bitwarden and WowUp ran on Arch's shared Electron and
registered as chrome_status_icon_1, matched by tooltip. On NixOS they
register as Bitwarden_status_icon_1 and WowUpCf_status_icon_1, so their
custom tray icons didn't apply.
